I believe in creating an environment for clients to feel safe while helping them push past their limits! I recognize everyone's fitness journey is unique to them and I meet people where they are at.

About Me

​Originally from the Bay Area, I have had a love for strength training and fitness going as far back as high school. I began to share my love for self-investment by coaching soccer and helping friends in the gym. Little did I know I had found my passion.​Since 2017 I’ve been working as a qualified trainer guiding my clients towards a healthier lifestyle. I primarily train around the downtown Seattle area and offer sessions to people at their home gym and/or at a private gym.​My goal is to have the most positive impact that I can on the lives of the people that I work with; helping them become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves.
